In what ministries do you participate? Chapter, Community Engagement Committee, Hospitality

What was your first job? I worked as a phone solicitor for an insulation company, then I spent two summers while in college working at McDonalds. Both jobs were great incentives to get a college degree.

What’s once place you’d like to visit before you die and why? I would love to visit Cuba. It seems like a place that is going to undergo major transformations in the coming years, and I’d like to see it now at the cusp of these changes.

What’s your favorite TV series? Currently, I really enjoy Call the Midwife. I love the characters, the historical setting, and the spiritual dimension to the stories.

What are your hobbies? I love to read, garden, and sew.

What’s your favorite book? As a librarian, I couldn’t possibly answer that question. Usually is it the book I am currently reading. On my nightstand right now are: Dune, The Girl with the Tangerine Scarf, and White Noise.

What was your childhood ambition? To be a brain surgeon

What’s your favorite food? I have a special place in my heart for Bengali cuisine since we lived there for three years and had many memorable meals.
