The Dean's List

Sadie is Fine
Thank you to all who have expressed concern for Sadie, our intrepid Great Pyrenees/Battering Ram mix who crashed through our bedroom window last Friday in pursuit of a varmint. Sadie's new hobbies include escaping from her "cone of shame" faster than Hound-ini and chewing the bandages off her legs several times a day. She is healing well, acting like her usual self, and looking forward to next Wednesday when her stitches come out (assuming she hasn't already done the job herself).

Keep It, Store It, Give It Away, Throw It Away
If you have some time tomorrow morning, we could use your help sorting, packing, and labeling stuff in the Cathedral kitchen, library, utility room, classrooms, and the TOD in order to create space for St. Margaret's House. SMH will begin moving furniture, equipment, and supplies to the Cathedral in December so they can be up and running, albeit with some limited capacity, on January 1, 2026.

Prayers for Diane Lee Hiser
Kate Lee's mother, Diane Lee (Thorne) Hiser, died yesterday at a care facility in Danville, Indiana. She was 86. Read her obituary here. May her soul, and the souls of all the departed, through the mercy of God rest in peace, and may light perpetual shine upon her. Please pray for Kate and the Hiser and Lee families.

Lots Going On
Check out the graphics and calendar below. Great and interesting things are happening at the Cathedral in the coming weeks!

Blessings,
Brian

Almighty and everlasting God, increase in us the gifts of faith, hope, and charity; and, that we may obtain what you promise, make us love what you command; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

Stewardship Prayer
God, our Creator, may our gifts honor the work you have given us to do here in this place. May we bless, break, and share our offerings of time, talent, and treasure with our neighbors, proclaiming the Good News to the world in all we say and do. Amen.
