Requiescat in Pace

Janet Grantz, mother of Dean Brian Grantz, passed peacefully into the nearer presence of God at 7:20 pm this evening. Her husband of 66 years, Gene; sons David and Brian; daughters-in-law Marianne and Tamisyn; and grandson Thaddeus sat in vigil with Jan throughout the previous night and day, singing songs and hymns, sharing stories, and otherwise just making her as comfortable as possible. 
 
May Janet’s  soul, and the souls of all the departed, through the mercy of God rest in peace, and may light perpetual shine upon her. 

Please pray, as well, for the extended Grantz and Glenn families, especially Janet’s surviving sisters Judy, Kathy, and Peg.
